Is Isolation Worse than the Disease? Here’s How to Help Your Elderly Relative Thrive During the Pandemic

Locking seniors up and isolating them can cause a whole host of problems. Depression and Loneliness are just the tip of the iceberg. Isolation can start a cascade of health issues. We’re dealing with those challenges of inactivity right now due to the restrictions placed on our assisted living homes in Phoenix.

During normal times, our homes are very active. Lots of visitors, families, parties and field trips. The virus and the Government put a Kibosh on all that. But that hasn’t stopped us. We are constantly working on ways for our residents to thrive in these difficult times. We believe that social interaction and healthy habits make life worth living at any age.

For those of you who believe the same thing, we decided to write an eBook dedicated to your family. The book is designed to help you help your elder relatives thrive during this crazy time. From staying in touch with family to staying healthy during the Pandemic, we covered as much as we could.

We compiled this eBook from the contributions of experts. From a technology guru showing you how to set up video conferencing to functional medicine practitioners explaining the best way to prevent or beat the virus (and no it’s not just washing your hands a lot).  Their advice will give you and your relatives the tools you need to come out the other side of this Pandemic happy, safe and healthy.

Please download this free eBook today. And start helping your elderly relative(s) out of their funk right away.

Where should we send your free eBook?

You’ll also receive periodic emails from us, with tips on how to help your family maximize their happiness during the aging process. We see families of our residents struggle with these questions every day.  You can unsubscribe with one click.
